Acceptance of Terms

a) Obtaining the necessary permits for construction work, including for high-risk work.

b) Search, hiring, and registration of qualified personnel (Ukrainian and foreign).

c) Provision of lifting and transportation equipment required for the implementation of industrial projects.

d) Sale and long-term lease of lifting equipment.

e) Sales of equipment for the transportation of oversized cargo.

Intellectual Property

3.1. The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in its intellectual property associated with the services provided through the Website. No part of the content on the Website may be reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written permission from the Company.

Limitation of Liability

4.1. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the services provided on the Website.

Jurisdiction

5.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ukraine.
